Gingerbread cheesecake

Definitely takes 20-30 minutes longer to bake than the recipe calls for.  Delicious, but may be better with less spices in the cream cheese filling.  May be a bit overpowering for some. 

And pistachio biscotti!  yum!

I dipped some in dark chocolate and added cranberries to some.
